Her expertise in financial transactions began with her previous career in banking. Dawn became a Coldwell Banker Luxury Property Specialist in 2019 after passing rigorous sales goals and educational courses. Dawn has also earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, the highest credential awarded to brokers. The CRS designation is awarded to less than 2% of all agents nationally.
